| The 2 x 4 wood trim you see that is nailed
over the drywall could be signs that there was cracking in the corners.
Again I am just assuming we aren't stating a fact, that there are cracks
or wall problems.
Some people will cover wall blemishes or damage with wood trim or other
building materials. You're going to find this hard to believe but some
people are dishonest and do things like this. That's why I created this
section on the website.
Now for the real damage report, let's say you don't want this wood trim
on the wall. Now there will be damage as you remove the wood trim from
the wall, you will have nail holes to patch or repair.
Keep this in mind when looking for homes to buy.
