| I hate to see problems like this, when they
could have been simply solved by dropping a sheet or drop cloth over the
stucco handrail for protection.
This is a good example of poor maintenance and inexperience. The person
painting this handrail could have placed a piece of cardboard behind the
metal hand railing before spraying the green paint.
This will not be that hard to fix, simply rub the paint off of the
stucco and apply a new layer of color coat.
This building is less than three years old.
