Three Car Parking Area
One of the biggest problems you will find with parking areas in
apartment and condominium complexes is the width of the parking area
itself. I just came back from Washington and stayed in a apartment
complex there.
I had to park the car in a 9 foot wide parking spot .
This is hard to imagine but if you walk through the apartment parking
structure you will see missing mirrors and dents in the cars.
While inspecting these parking structures look for proper lighting and
damage to the polls as well as the walls about 3 feet off of the ground.
This is the area where most cars seem to run into these tight areas.
There is absolutely nothing you can do with a structure like this to
increase the width of the parking because of its original construction.
