Roof Addition For Patio
Looking at the roof and the way the fascia board
butts up against the other fascia board, this is a good sign that there
was a room addition added to the home and this is not part of the
original house.
Hopefully there are no roof leaks were the room addition is tied into
the existing home.
To check for roof leaks simply go inside the home and examine the
ceiling for water stains or damaged plaster.
