Television Laying In Front Yard
A television lying in front of someone's home is
probably not going to be the end of the world. This will not be
something to panic about.
The problem will be of course why is the television laying in front of
the house. Looking at this property that television is not the only
problem but the first clue to additional ones.
When driving through a neighborhood you are thinking about purchasing a
home in look for things like furniture, trash, overgrown trees and
plants, poorly maintained homes and other unattractive things you might
not like to see on a daily basis.
Looking at the trash in the gutter is a good sign that these people
rarely clean their gutter and even a better chance that there is no
street sweeper that comes through this neighborhood.
