Six Foot Ladder
The six foot ladder will be found in almost every
home in the country. I rarely go to a home that doesn't have one.
This is an aluminum six foot ladder and is a little lighter than most
fiberglass ladders. This would be a personal preference to a homeowner
or a home inspector.
Read the directions carefully and most are simple to understand. One of
the most important safety issues to remember when using a six foot
ladder is to never stand on the top rung.
And never use the paint tray as a step.
A little common sense goes a long way when it comes to home inspection
safety.
