Driveway With RV Parking
This home looks around 25 years old in the driveway is in
excellent shape. You can tell by the different colors in the concrete
that the RV parking to the right was poured later on. Both driveways are
in good shape with some nice looking control joints to prevent severe
cracking.
As a home inspector you should look closely at the damage to driveways
and other concrete walkways around the home. This will give you a good
clue to the soil condition in the area. Look for large cracks and
heaving concrete.
Heaving concrete would be areas of your walkways and driveways that are
raising up and creating safety hazards.
