Water Stained Stucco Under Hose Bib
You can see the stains on the stucco, on the asphalt street and
on the concrete. If you look close enough there is actually a weed
growing in between the asphalt and the concrete. This holds bib has a
handle on it and in some cases you will need a key to turn the hose bib
on in some apartments or condominium projects. This prevents someone
from walking by and turning it on to run for hours until noticed.
If you look at the stucco close enough you will see where it's been
patched and painted already a few times. This should give you a clue
that this is a problem area and will require constant maintenance unless
something is done to protect the stucco.
Sometimes there will be a steel grate underneath the hose bid to help
with the drainage and prevent damage to the street.
